Feeling a Little Stressed?

We are all facing different problems in our everyday life – too much homework, tests, papers, work, family, and other personal relationships. How are we really suppose to handle everything on our plates?

We all have that feeling of overload where we just want to pull our hair out because we are feeling so stressed out. Well there are a lot of different things that we can do to help balance our lives without having to give anything up.

People have different definitions of stress but to most people it means a physical, emotional, or mental strain or tension.

Here a few websites that can help us relieve some of our stress – I hope that they become helpful to you for the rest of the semester!

3. www.artofliving.org Here you will find helpful methods that teach you how to handle all the stress.

We all have our ways of trying to deal with all the madness our lives bring , personally working-out relieves my stress. Find the balance in your life and try your best to keep a consistent routine so your body does not burn out.

    Thank you so much! I’m loving all the ‘how to’ guides! Finals are next week and I am in need of a stress reliever. Other things I can personally recommend is to pick up a hobby or interest! This takes your mind off things and allows you to become less burdened as an individual.

    I think we can all use a little stress, but it is true that we should take time out to evaluate the good and the bad. We often do not take time out to do something about being so stressed out. It is easy to just pile on loads of stress but we do not do much to control it.
